4. Who we share your data with
Law firms on our panel

When you consent and submit your contact details, we share a case brief with one personal injury law firm on our panel. This includes your accident details, AI-generated assessment, and contact information. You consent to this sharing explicitly at the point of submission.

The law firm receiving your brief is independently responsible for handling your data in accordance with their own privacy policy once received.

5. Special category data

Information about your injury and health is considered special category data under UK GDPR (Article 9). We process this data solely to provide the claim assessment service you have requested. Our legal basis is your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit your details.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at support@injuryvaluecheck.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

7. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

8. Data security

We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your data. In the event of a breach posing a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the ICO within 72 hours as required by law.

Some providers (including Anthropic) are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK IDTA or Standard Contractual Clauses.

InjuryValueCheck is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The person completing the form must be 18 or over, even where the injury occurred when they were younger.

12. Claims management regulation

Neurosensory Lab Ltd operates as a claims management introducer. We do not provide legal advice. We connect claimants with regulated personal injury solicitors authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Where required, Neurosensory Lab Ltd holds appropriate FCA authorisation.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Where material, we will notify you by email if we hold your contact details.
