By accessing or using injuryvaluecheck.com (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, resident in the United Kingdom, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

InjuryValueCheck is a free, indicative compensation calculator. It uses AI and the UK Judicial College Guidelines (17th Edition) to provide an estimated compensation range based on information you provide about your personal injury claim. The Service also connects you, with your explicit consent, with a personal injury solicitor from our panel for a free, no-obligation telephone consultation.

To use InjuryValueCheck, you must be at least 18 years old (though you may enquire about injuries that occurred when you were under 18), based in the United Kingdom, and seeking information about a potential personal injury claim in England, Wales or Scotland.

The accuracy of the compensation estimate depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you submit is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. We are not liable for estimates based on inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information provided by you.

When you submit your contact details and consent to be connected with a solicitor, your claim details and an AI-generated case brief are shared with one law firm on our panel. That firm will contact you — typically within 24 hours — to offer a free initial consultation, which carries no obligation to proceed. If you decide to instruct the solicitor, your claim will usually be handled on a No Win, No Fee (CFA) basis.

As is standard practice in claims management, Neurosensory Lab Ltd receives a fee from law firms when a consultation is delivered. This is built into our commercial arrangement with those firms and does not affect the cost to you — you pay nothing for using InjuryValueCheck.

Law firms on our panel are independent businesses regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Neurosensory Lab Ltd is not responsible for the advice, conduct or outcomes of any law firm we refer you to.

References to "No Win No Fee" on this website refer to a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA), a common arrangement in UK personal injury law. Under a CFA, if your claim is unsuccessful you generally pay nothing to your solicitor; if successful, a success fee (limited to 25% of certain damages) may be deducted from your compensation. The specific terms of any CFA are agreed between you and the solicitor — Neurosensory Lab Ltd is not party to that agreement.

All content on injuryvaluecheck.com — including text, design, code, and the AI assessment methodology — is owned by or licensed to Neurosensory Lab Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of information you submit; by submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to process it as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any reliance you place on the compensation estimate, nor for the acts or omissions of any solicitor or law firm we refer you to. Our aggregate liability to you will not exceed £100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You agree not to submit false or fraudulent information, submit claims on behalf of others without their knowledge and consent, attempt to interfere with the website's security measures, use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the website, or breach any applicable law or regulation.

If you are unhappy with the Service, please contact us at support@injuryvaluecheck.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 28 days. If your complaint relates to a law firm we referred you to, please raise it directly with that firm — regulated solicitors are required to have a formal complaints procedure.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
